For one of its clients, Robert Half is looking for a Operations coordinator (M / F / X) . This is a interim assignment with the possibility of a permanent contract .

our client, located in the Liège region is an aviation sector company.

Responsibilities as a Controller (M / F / X) for an aviation sector company located in the Liège region :

Ensure excellent confirm-to-invoice process , responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Finalize income and revenue on shipments.
Supervise and monitor shipments , charges, and AWB (Air Waybill) costs.
Execute confirm-to-invoice process .
Check AWB costs invoices and update the system accordingly.
Control customer requests regarding any changes in income / costs, while keeping the sales team or commercial manager informed.
Follow department procedures, guidelines, and policies .
Supervise and manage the controllers' team , including task delegation and responsibilities.
Maintain controllers' team job results by coaching and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance.

For this Operations coordinator position (M / F / X) , you have the following qualifications :

bachelor's degree in International Trade or Logistics ;

proficiency in English and French , both written and spoken. Knowledge of another language is an asset;

strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;

familiarity with ERP / CRM systems and practices;

strong ability to pay attention to details , concentration , and accuracy ;

ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

excellent teamwork skills ;

open minded and willing to learn;

energetic with strong work ethic ;

ability to multi-task , prioritize, and manage time effectively.
