Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Distribution : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and distribution plan, including targeted campaigns and an event calendar for Serra Restaurant, focusing on maximizing revenue and return on investment across all channels.
- Event Coordination : Design, manage, and promote a dynamic calendar of events to elevate both Serra Restaurant and Hotel Indigo Brussels City, seamlessly integrating local cultural initiatives and partnerships to enhance brand storytelling.
- Content & Social Media Management : Oversee and optimize content for online platforms and social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet goals. Develop and implement a robust social media communication plan.
- PR & Networking : Establish strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and partners, creating impactful public relations campaigns. Maintain an active PR plan and coordinate with external collaborators for successful event execution.
- CRM & Guest Journey : Plan and execute personalized mailing campaigns targeting specific audiences. Use data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey, ensuring tailored and memorable guest experiences.
- Sales Collaboration : Partner with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with the hotel’s positioning, brand values, and unique selling points. Support the team during bookers’ events and customer initiatives to drive ROI.
- Promotional Material & Branding : Develop promotional materials, create unique client gifts, and curate branded merchandising that aligns with the hotel’s identity.
- Market Analysis : Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to the team.
- Operational Support : Collaborate with the F&B team for seamless execution of marketing-related activities and provide occasional operational support when required.
- Event Hosting : Act as the face of all marketing activities, ensuring a warm and professional presence during PR events, guest interactions, and post-event follow-ups.
- Budget Management : Manage budgets efficiently, overcoming challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Administration : Maintain organized records of all marketing and event-related activities and contribute to the annual budget and business planning process.
- Learning & Development : Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously learning and innovating, bringing a unique and creative approach to the role.
This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to marketing initiatives for other Pandox Group properties, expanding your expertise and influence.
What we are looking for
Fluency in English and French is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a delightful bonus!Strong knowledge of digital marketing , offline communication , and event planning .Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar communication or marketing role.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Available to work flexible schedule , including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.What to expect when working at the Hotel Indigo Brussels City?
