Senior Application Architect

Working Time : Full Time (Hybrid - 4 days a week)
As a Senior Application Architect, you will be a key player in designing, evolving, and optimizing the applications within the Network Applications Division. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of GIS and SCADA systems while aligning technologies with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design : Develop robust and scalable application architectures, ensuring performance and security.
- System Integration : Facilitate smooth integration between GIS, SCADA, Utility Network, and smart network applications.
- Data Migration and Management : Oversee the migration of existing data, ensuring quality and integrity.
- Data Workflow Management : Establish and optimize data processing workflows using FME, including quality control and task automation.
- Database Administration : Manage and optimize Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL databases, ensuring their maintenance and evolution.
- Technological Innovation : Stay updated on advancements in smart networks, GIS, and SCADA, proposing continuous improvements.
- Collaboration and Training : Work closely with technical and business teams, sharing knowledge to enhance internal skills.
Candidate Profile
Education : University degree in Computer Science, Geomatics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 5 years as an application architect or GIS analyst, with proven experience in the energy or utilities sector.Essential Technical Skills
GIS and Utility Network : Strong knowledge of geographic information systems, particularly Esri’s Utility Network data model.FME Expertise : Proficient in FME tools for data transformation, management, and workflow automation.Database Proficiency : Solid experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL, including administration and optimization.Ideal Profile
