Description
As Claims Managers, you'll be responsible for handling civil liability claims from start to finish.
- You will be responsible for the meticulous handling of liability claims in your assigned portfolio, applying a thorough knowledge of insurance law and practice.
- You will liaise between the customer, internal teams and external stakeholders (insurers, adjusters and lawyers) to ensure smooth and transparent communication.
- Your tasks will include investigating claims, analyzing coverage, facts and circumstances, and negotiating with insurers, among others.
- You will be your customers' point of contact for all questions relating to their liability claims, and will be expected to maintain good relations with insurers, adjusters and lawyers.
Profile
You have a degree in law or insurance.You are fluent in French and Dutch, and have a good knowledge of English.You have previous experience in a similar position within an insurance company or broker.You are recognized for your ability to work as part of a team, while being autonomous when necessary.Your communication skills are excellent, and you know how to adapt them to different people.Offer
