The organisation Euroheat & Power is the European association promoting sustainable heating & cooling, with a focus on district heating and cooling solutions. It represents 130+ members in more than 30 countries worldwide, including national DHC associations in the European Union, utilities operating DHC systems, manufacturers, research institutes, consultants and other organisations involved in the DHC business. Set up under the umbrella of Euroheat & Power, DHC+ Platform is the European hub for research & innovation in district heating and cooling and manages most project activities in the association. Position Summary for the selected candidate Join us and help promote a more sustainable, efficient and smart energy system! You will learn more about renewable heating and cooling, energy integration, district heating, waste heat, digitalisation, sustainable finance and many other solutions, innovations and challenges in the world of energy transition. You will mainly support DHC+ colleagues dealing with a wide spectrum of tasks including :
- Access to funding : searching for and identifying relevant EU funding opportunities;
- Project management and proposals writing : supporting the team with specific EU projects’ tasks (see our projects );
- Communication : online and offline workshops, social media (Twitter, LinkedIn), newsletters, website, etc.
- Knowledge and policy : collecting and coordinating inputs from stakeholders, drafting reports, contributing to studies and papers.
- Education & Training (assisting in organisation of various knowledge transfer and capacity building activities).
