Job Overview :

We're seeking a detail-oriented Associate Project Manager ready to drive project success. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, this pivotal role serves as the primary coordinator, ensuring seamless engineering, documentation, manufacturing, and shipment of standard blower equipment packages. You'll collaborate across departments and with sub-vendors to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual requirements. Join the Gardner Denver Nash division team and drive excellence and innovation in project management.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate Excellence : Spearhead project milestones across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and more.
  • Navigate Challenges : Monitor equipment progress, swiftly resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborative Leadership : Work closely with departments and sub-vendors to compile comprehensive documentation for seamless approvals.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Proactively engage with clients to prioritize needs and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Financial Vigilance : Monitor project costs, alerting management to deviations while maintaining profitability.
  • Customer Advocacy : Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
  • Schedule Mastery : Develop and maintain project schedules, aligning with contractual obligations.
  • Quality Assurance : Oversee customer and inspector visits, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
  • Team Support : Assist Senior Project Managers with documentation and deliverable tracking.
  • Global Engagement : Occasional travel to customer and vendor sites may be required.

Requirements :

  • Requires 1-3 years of previous experience in a related project management function or other relevant position.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive and effective manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required in the planning and problem resolution for complex long-term projects.
  • MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Travel and Work Arrangements :

    This position is hybrid based from our Bentleyville, PA office with minimal anticipated travel.
