The Opportunity
As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled Associate Consolidation & Accounting Controller to join our Finance Department. This function plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting various financial activities within the organization. Key responsibilities include active participation in the month-end close process, supporting audits, preparation of group consolidated accounts, and driving improvements in automation and processes.

Month and Year-End Close Process
- Actively participate in the closing process.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting by uploading data from the ERP system into the management consolidation tool.
- Ensure correctness of data mapping and completeness of data upload.
- Communicate with local teams to resolve discrepancies.
Audit Support
Engage in both group and statutory audits.Collect and organize the information required for statutory audits.Follow up on audit completions to ensure group compliance.Assist in the preparation of group consolidated accounts within specified deadlines.Process Improvement
Implement improvements in reporting, processes, and automation.Analyze systems and situations to enhance routine processes.Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively within the finance team to achieve common goals.Learn from and share your own experience with the finance team.We are looking for an individual who :
Holds a Bachelor or Master in a finance-oriented field.Possesses strong technical and analytical skills for accurate financial analysis.Has 3-5 years of experience in accounting / finance, preferably with experience in reporting and consolidation techniques. Affinity with direct tax and transfer pricing is considered an asset.Can work effectively with short deadlines.Is proactive in analyzing systems and situations, eager to implement improvements.Demonstrates accuracy with an eye for detail in financial reporting.Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Has strong problem-solving skills to address financial challenges.Is proficient in MS Office 365, with excellent Excel skills. Knowledge of Sigma is a plus.Is fluent in English – oral and written.We think you will love working with us
