Job Summary and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on

  • executing impactful marketing initiatives
  • with the opportunity to take on greater ownership and influence over strategy as you grow.  You’ll create and deliver high-quality content, run campaigns, and manage channels to engage our audience and drive measurable results. If you’re hands-on, eager to learn, and ambitious, this is your chance to make a real impact in the fast-growing solar energy industry.
  • Execute and manage   marketing campaigns   across channels, including social media, paid, website, email, and PR.
  • Create   engaging content   (blogs, white papers, videos, case studies) that aligns with audience needs and industry trends.
  • Plan and manage Sitemark’s   presence at trade shows , ensuring strong brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to produce   marketing assets   that drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Use data to   analyze and optimize marketing performance , continuously improving results.
  • Contribute to   strategy development   as you grow in the role.

Requirements

Must have

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, with an understanding of the B2B buyer journey.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand & content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Professional fluency in understanding and writing English.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset : eager to learn, customer-oriented, results-driven, and ambitious.
  • A blend of creativity and analytical skills : you're able to both create compelling marketing content and to monitor and optimize it, figuring out what works and why.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, or WordPress.
  • Knowledge of the solar or renewable energy industry.
