We currently have a vacancy for a Web Operations Specialist fluent in English, to offer his / her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Digitization of video files for website upload and archiving;
  • Management of Content Delivery Network (CDN) file server;
  • Management of live streams on social media;
  • Guidance and support users in the usage of existing tools, platforms and wikis collaborative sites;
  • Support of social media live streams centralized support for social media live streams;
  • Technical analysis of the business requirements in view of providing an adequate solution within the platforms available;
  • Implementation of solutions on existing technical platforms, including customizations required;
  • Frequent review of existing platform usage, correcting misalignments, while coordination with the space users.

Requirements :

  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;
  • Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in User Documentation;
  • Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in CDN and media file management;
  • Minimum 2 years of specific expertise in Testing;
  • Knowledge in end-user assistance of information systems;
  • Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365;
  • Good knowledge of JIRA environment;
  • Working experience with manual and automation testing;
  • Good reporting methods;
  • Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in Audiovisual Services information systems;
  • Excellent command of the English language; French will be an advantage.
