This position is open to both freelancers and candidates seeking a permanent contract. Brussels What do we expect from you? The Digital Web Project Manager reports to the Head of Digital Marketing. Are you a tech-savvy digital professional with a passion for website optimization, SEO, CRO, and digital accessibility? Do you want to play a key role in managing and improving digital platforms visited by thousands of people every day? Then we are looking for you! As a Digital Web Project Manager, you will act as the link between our internal departments (such as Marketing, IT, and Communications) and our external agencies and partners. You will ensure that our online presence perfectly aligns with the needs of our customers and partners, both technically and strategically. Your Responsibilities Technical project management : Coordinate website launches, developments, and functional improvements for all websites within our group (currently 7 and growing). UX, SEO, and CRO : Work with specialists and conduct analysis and A / B testing to optimize lead generation and conversion on our online platforms. Close collaboration with other members of the Digital Marketing team, such as the Senior Performance Marketer and the Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Expert. Content management : Work with the Communications team to efficiently organize website updates. Monitoring and reporting website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Semrush. Security and compliance : Implement security updates and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR) and accessibility standards (WCAG). Testing and implementing new functionalities and designs to keep our websites up to date with the latest trends and technologies. Who are you? At least 6 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in Dutch and / or French, with a good command of English. A degree in a relevant field (IT, multimedia, communication) or equivalent experience. Experience with CMS systems (such as WordPress, Drupal) and knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript. Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console. Experience with UX design and web optimization is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Constantly staying up to date with the latest trends in web technologies and AI to keep our platforms innovative.
