We are looking for a new colleague Customer Service Specialist in Ghent.
As a Customer Service Specialist you provide exceptional support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You are
responsible for effectively communicating with customers, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering timely and accurate information or solutions to meet customer needs.
Main Responsibilities and tasks :
Daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics, mill production planning
and supply chain coordination teams about order related matters
Receiving, processing and confirming orders
Planning customer deliveries and follow-up of stocks, proactive offering of available stock
materials to customers
Monitoring customer sales plan, quota, orderbook and acting when needed
Pipeline order management
Reporting on demand for customer related information
Being first-line support for sustainability related topics
Participating in the development work related to own responsibility area
Support in knowledge sharing among the different customer service teams
Wie ben jij?
Opleiding : You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area an experience in a sales and / or customer service environment
Vakkennis : You have relevant experience in a sales and customer service environment.
Talenkennis : You are fluent in English and German, other languages like Spanish, Italian, French are a big advantage.
