We are looking for a  Infrastructure Manager European Institutions  to join our  Infrastructure Management  team in Belgium.

Your profile :

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will take the full responsibility for the complex and cross-functional projects at the European Institutions. You will lead a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators, manage critical systems and networks, and work closely with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure strategies with organizational goals. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure environments and a strong background in team leadership, strategic planning, and infrastructure best practices.

Main Responsibilities :

Our ideal candidate will have solid abilities in the following domains :

Project Execution :

  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement an infrastructure strategy that aligns with business needs, incorporating best practices in scalability, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators, providing technical guidance, fostering skill development, and supporting career growth.
  • Systems & Network Management : Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical systems, servers, networks, and storage solutions to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
  • Cloud & On-Premises Integration : Lead initiatives to integrate cloud and on-premises solutions, including hybrid environments, balancing cost, scalability, and performance.
  • Governance & Compliance : Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure that all infrastructure components comply with security policies and regulatory requirement and follow best practices.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management : Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and suppliers, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and vendor performance aligns with expectations.
  • Budget Management : Oversee the infrastructure budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and cost optimization to achieve a balance between performance, availability, and financial efficiency.
  • Project Management : Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are managed effectively and delivered successfully.

Account Management and Development :

  • Developing new business areas in existing clients and opening new clients in the ecosystem of the European Institutions in Benelux
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and make clients trust the NTTDATA company. Client-first oriented approach
  • Detects the explicit and implicit needs of the client and seeks the most satisfactory alternative solution.
  • Knowledge Management and Development consisting on capabilities to developing complex value propositions and building a team based on that knowledge.

    • Financial Management :

  • Manage P&L operations with strong focus on profitability,
  • Evaluate financial risks
  • Understands NTTDATA economic Management Tools, financial instruments and NTTDATA best practices.

    Your profile :

    Education : Master’s degree.

    Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and / or Sales activities

    Technical skills : Relevant experience in Cloud projects transformation and Cloud operating model delivery

    Skills :

  • Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team to success.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure challenges.
  • Communication : Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management : Experience with project management principles, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Service minded attitude, high sense of responsibility, trustworthy
  • High degree of autonomy
  • Excellent organisational practices and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of both French and English (in speech and reading / writing). Spanish is a nice to have
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good understand of the European Institutions ecosystem and practices
