They are seeking a hands-on Head of Finance and Administration (CFO) in Brussels to lead financial and administrative operations, driving the company's strategic growth. This role involves overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, HR, and risk management, while shaping the company's strategy and culture. Description

• Lead and develop the finance function to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Streamline and optimise accounting and financial processes, including automation and cost control.
• VAT returns, annual accounts, refunds to customer
• Manage strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on KPIs.
• Explore financial engineering options to enhance cash flow and liquidity.
• Oversee HR functions and administrative procedures, including contracts and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
