Working in the Base & Tadaam tribe
At Telenet we are organized in circles & tribes. Every tribe has a specific focus. The Base & Tadaam tribe is responsible for commercial activities of the flanker brands within the Telenet group. As a tribe we take care of the entire commercial organization, being acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, branding and campaigning, developing new customer value propositions, the omnichannel customer journeys and the technical implementation on our website and app. To secure our future roadmap with commercially interesting customer value propositions, we are expanding our team with a Product Manager Customer Value Proposition in the CVP team.
This team is responsible to maintain existing products & experiences and to analyze, define and build new ones. Consequently, we will fuel the commercial roadmap of BASE across all products. This team exists of a Go-to-market manager, product manager fix / mobile, a business analyst and a data & insights analyst.
Your responsibilities as a Product Manager Customer Value Proposition
As a product manager CVP you make sure BASE remains up to date with changing customer needs, market developments and trends as well as related technological innovations and brings best practices forward.
- Makes sure the products / specs / pricing portfolio remains relevant for consumers in changing competitive & market situations, including regulatory needs
- You determine the customer value proposition , benefits & features of products and services that will answer customer’s needs.
- Check proposed solutions on market desirability, profitability and feasibility by conducting research, data analysis, business casing and validating technical feasibility.
- You are able to translates this proposition into a compelling storyline for stakeholders to convince them of new roadmap ideas
- You manage the project and understand dependencies and impact from a matrix-type internal structure.
- You maintain the helicopter view on the strategic vision and objectives.
