As the Events Director of Neurotech Leuven, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of events that align with our organization's mission and objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership, and organizational skills while contributing to the growth and success of our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including workshops, seminars, hackathons, networking sessions, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that cater to the interests and needs of our members.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, catering, equipment rental, and scheduling.
  • Promote events through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and posters, to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external partners, guest speakers, and sponsors to secure their participation and support for events.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement and future event ideas.

  • Minimum Requirements :
