Our client is an international non-for-profit association active in the economic sector.
The main responsibilities for this job of Legal Support Officer include :
- The Legal Support Officer provides expert legal advice to support contract review and analysis and collaborate in negotiations in the implementation of DORA compliance.;
- Collaborate in support of the Legal Officer in the Review / Establishment of contracts, agreements and negotiations from a legal perspective;
- Participate in discussions or negotiations with third parties concerning legal issues, when appropriate and in particular in the implementation of DORA requirement in the agreements in force or to be signed by the end of 2024;
- Collaborate in support of the Legal Officer in the interactions with external legal advices such as from attorney's firms;
- Provide ad-hoc legal advice / support to the management and business units.
The requested qualifications for this job of Legal Support Officer include :
University Degree in Law in one EU Member State;Knowledge of international contract law;Analytical skills and eye for detail;Excellent drafting skills;Solution-oriented;Negotiation skills;Excellent command of English ;Active work permit for Belgium.What does the company offer?
