Profiel kandidaat

We’re searching for driven and passionate colleagues with the skills and experience to thrive in a high-energy restaurant environment. Here’s what you’ll need :

Experience :

Minimum 1 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
Proven track record in teamwork and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Skills :

Strong communication skills to inspire and work with your team.

Crisis management expertise and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Proficiency in English (+ Dutch, and French) for seamless team and guest communication.

Highly autonomous and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.

Mindset :

A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences.

A natural entertainer with creativity and humor to make the restaurant a lively place.

Accountability and ownership : you treat the restaurant as if it’s your own.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required) :

Experience in event management or B2B client interactions.

Additional languages or networking skills to strengthen partnerships.
