The Brussels People and Reward practice of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP is expanding and is looking for a junior / midlevel associate to join its team.
Our team in Brussels advises global employers on a range of Belgian and international employment, pensions, benefits and data privacy issues. The firm boasts a leading international employment practice, known as People and Reward, with teams spread across Europe, Asia and the US.
Key requirements
- You are a junior or midlevel lawyer with experience in employment law.
- You are Belgian law trained and have excellent academic credentials. A post-graduate degree is a plus.
- You are a Dutch (or bilingual Dutch / French) speaker with an excellent command of English and a good command of French.
- You are an ambitious and motivated person with first rate technical abilities driven to do high profile work.
- You are creative, curious and rigorous, have good communication skills and are able to take on a high degree of responsibility.
- You are proactive and committed to providing an excellent service to clients.
- You have sense of humour.
