BioTalent has team up with a Biopharmaceutical leader in their search for a Head of Compliance based in Brussels, Belgium .
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference, driving innovation and compliance in a cutting-edge environment in preparation for Biopharmaceutics production. You’ll lead a team, ensure regulatory standards are met, and work collaboratively to deliver breakthrough medicines that improve patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the compliance team, continuously updating business processes to meet regulatory standards
- Oversee audits, project investigations, and ensure operational excellence
- Promote health, safety, and environmental practices in collaboration with HSE teams
- Lead training, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the compliance team
- Drive departmental goals that align with the company’s vision and operational excellence
