We’re looking for a Team Leader in logistics to lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. Your goal is to meet operational targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Train, guide, and motivate your team to reach goals, while identifying training needs.

Operational Management : Oversee workflows for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping parts.

Performance & Reporting : Track team performance and report to the Supervisor.

Problem-Solving : Resolve operational challenges and escalate complex issues when necessary.

What you bring :

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.

You are either fluent in Dutch or English.
