As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape.

Even if you have a background in other ERP-systems – we know from experience that your know-how will easily be translated to the Dynamics F&O environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt makes you the perfect fit for our #peopleofdelaware.

What will your role be as a Technical Service Consultant?

You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations.

The type of tasks to expect are :

• receiving and analysing tickets
• solving incidents
• getting to the bottom of errors
• analysing, estimating and developing change requests
• collaborating with your functional colleagues to find & develop a suitable solution
• presenting and implementing new D F&O features
