What your future may hold

As associate corporate M&A you will :

  • Provide advice and legal support on all kind of corporate and financial law matters;
  • Prepare and fine-tune legal documents including contracts related to acquisitions and other transactions;
  • You actively participate in the negotiation process, aiding in deal facilitation and resolving any arising legal issues;
  • You will participate in discussions and meetings with clients to thoroughly understand their legal needs and develop effective strategies that comply with the law;
  • Engage in opportunities for professional growth to stay current with new laws and trends in corporate finance law, thus enhancing your expertise and value to the firm;
  • Working collaboratively with senior lawyers to devise and implement strategic solutions that align with client objectives.

    • Your skillset

  • You hold a Belgian university law degree, ideally with a focus on corporate law;
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in M&A or fund structuring;
  • You are business-minded, precise, and willing to go the extra mile. Teamwork is second nature to you;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an advantage.
