The Opportunity
Established in different European countries mainly in France, the Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA) designs, implements and hosts applications of payment which are based on multi-channel of authentication methods.
You will participate in the evolution of our ACS (Access Control Server) solution.
ACS is involved throughout the payment process by offering fraud prevention modules, a wide range of strong authentication methods, as well as the implementation of the 3D-Secure protocol. With a volume of over million 3D-Secure transactions per year and no less than seventy European bank customers, you will work on a product that is both mature and constantly evolving, to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
Our team is managing projects for numerous of Benelux banks, and to help in our deliveries, we are currently looking for a Project Manager.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The project manager is a key resource in our project delivery with our Benelux customers, providing a seriously good and structured approach of delivery, together with his counterpart at customer side, and considering all necessary steps and dependencies to be developed / configured (functional + technical).
Project Mode :
Project management in sensitive technical and business environments (payment)
Management of all stages : Specifications, Documentation Gathering, Project Roadmap definition & project plan, functional and technical study, design, production, test & bench, customer acceptance, production and monitoring
Customer relationship management (communication, project organisation and customer meetings, planning, regular status, ...)
Budget management & Financial monitoring of the project
Monitoring of risk, security specs, ...
Follow up of the production deliveries (run activities), build to run transfer
Coordination and direct / transverse management of multi-site teams
Candidate will be able to work on both business and technical projects, in an agile / squad context.
