As a System Engineer , you will become part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Engineering department, contributing to cutting-edge technology. You'll engage in the design, development, and qualification of new products while supporting operational and project needs for in-service products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art Model-Based Design tools in a high-tech environment, fostering career growth and skill development.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

Design and optimize algorithms for Guidance, Navigation, Flight Controls, and Aiming Systems.
Analyze and test algorithm performance using Monte-Carlo simulations and analytical methods.
Validate and verify algorithm updates and new designs for quality and performance.
Support hardware integration via code generation and Hardware-in-the-Loop testing.
Refine C code for performance and collaborate with the embedded team on implementation.
Process flight test data for analysis, optimization, and participate in trials.
Maintain digital twins for current and upcoming products.
Model physical behaviors of new concepts to guide development.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners locally and internationally.
Contribute technical expertise to bids and project proposals.
Optimize calibration processes and address test deviations with Operations and Quality teams.
Skilled in managing complexity and working with large datasets.
Proficiency in Matlab / Simulink, C / C++, Python, and Git.
Understanding of embedding real-time algorithms in microcontrollers.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Experience with optical or magnetic sensors is a plus.
Knowledge of DO-178, ARP4754 , or ISO26262 is advantageous.
