  • Hands-On Experience : Your background as a service technician has honed your troubleshooting skills.
  • Problem Solver : You excel at finding creative solutions to technical issues.
  • Customer Champion : You communicate clearly and effectively with a friendly attitude.
  • Adaptable : You thrive in dynamic environments and are open to learning new tools.
  • Detail-Oriented : Accuracy and thoroughness are second nature to you.
