What You Will Do
- Develop a deep understanding of the OEM specific go-to-market approach for existing awarded business to be able to create strategic plans that promote our joint agenda. e.g. Increase the volume by a broader trim level access Harman sound system would be available in more trim level and not only in premium).
- Acquire deep understanding of assigned markets’ requirements and dynamics. Gather and analyze market related information, data and studies.
- Frequently visit assigned national markets and participate in regional customer events.
- Work with and influence various key functions across multiple levels of the OEM national market organization.
- Design and execute growth strategies on national markets focused on maximizing sales.
- Coordinate development and deployment of sales & marketing tools on pan-European and regional levels.
- Support organization and execution of customer events on pan-European level.
- Identify and share Sales growth best practices with other CAMs and Regions.
- Focus : Toyota / Lexus
- Key Markets : EMEA
What You Need
10+ years of relevant work experience in business development or demand generation marketing5+ years of experience designing and executing joint plans with strategic alliance partners with an international footprintExcel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for actionMotivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging international environments of a rapidly evolving business5+ years of leadership experience with a diversified international teamMulticultural, good command of at least 2 European mainstream languagesAnalytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possibleVery strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail5+ years of project management with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organizationAble to leverage exiting OEM knowledge and relationship in a new supplier set upResults-Driven : Having a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making.Demonstrates a proactive and collaborative approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.Capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.What is Nice to Have
International experience living abroad.Experience in working with an automotive OEM environmentCapability to communicate in more European languages.Acquaintance with audio technology.What Makes You Eligible
