Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Verification Engineer to join our client, a leader in the engineering sector.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing strategies for test automation and manual verification.
  • Overseeing and directing the test development processes, including designs, reviews, implementations, and test execution.
  • Evaluating and understanding our client’s current state of testing and driving change to increase test automation and improve overall testing practices.
  • Continuously improving testing methodology, best practices, and standards to provide consistent testing across products.
  • Analyzing anomalies and requesting modifications when required.
  • Periodically reviewing how the test strategy aligns with the latest available technologies and industry trends.

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • A master’s degree in engineering in the fields of automatics, IT, electronics, or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Good communication skills in English and French (Dutch will be a bonus)
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR is a plus.
  • Experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262) is a big plus.
