Credit & Corporate Risk Manager

Our client, active in financial services and located in Brussels, is urgently looking for a self-employed Freelance Credit & Corporate Risk Manager for a period of minimum 3 months. The Freelance Credit & Corporate Risk Manager's key responsibilities will include : Retail & Wholesale Credit Risk, including fraud prevention and risk reporting (Monthly KRIs) Reporting to Management on the KRI's / KPI's. Development and / or supervision of internal reporting systems. Implementing requirements of national and EU authorities and any other legislative bodies. Understanding of the macroeconomic state (inflation, overseeing potential risks or how the economy may affect the business) Manage external supplier relationships, such as Credit Reference Agencies, software suppliers and service providers. Introduce effective and efficient systems, scorecards and any other risk management measures. Overviewing and evaluating, together with the team lead, the activities of the Credit analysis Team Any other appropriate duties directly linked to the position. The key qualifications of the Freelance Credit & Corporate Risk required for this job : The ideal candidate has a strong experience in corporate risk management and risk reporting. An experience in the financial services sector is an asset. The candidate has solid interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with his / her teams and other stakeholders. The candidate should be hands-on and autonomous, synthetic, able to challenge the business, and a pragmatic problem solver. Fluency in E...
