Functieomschrijving Your Mission :

As a Senior RecruitmentnSpecialist, you will lead complex recruitment projects, manage the full recruitment cycle, and contribute to the improvement of our hiring processes. You will also play a key role in managing the Talent Pool, ensuring that internal candidates impacted by reorganizations or looking for new challenges are redeployed efficiently within bpost. Additionally, you will support reskilling and upskilling programs, helping to guide candidates into new roles that align with their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Recruitment Management : Own the recruitment process for both permanent and temporary roles across various departments, from sourcing to final offer.
• Strategic Candidate Sourcing : Independently identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal talent pool.
• Process Improvement : Work closely with TA Partners and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Talent Pool Management : Build and maintain an active talent pool of internal candidates, guiding them through career transitions and supporting their development.
