Test Manager

The Test Manager will be responsible for 2 main activities.

The first is a test coordination mission in connection with ongoing initiatives, whether at the level of development projects or maintenance. He will monitor the tests of any related development, in accordance with the test management rules defined by the Company.

In parallel with this operational activity, the Test Manager will provide his support and expertise to the cross-functional implementation of testing governance, including the tools, procedures and know-how necessary to increase the maturity of the different teams with whom he will have the opportunity to collaborate.

Test coordination :

• Manage the Test Plans in connection with the different initiatives and supervise their implementation by all parties
• Supervise the start and closing of the different test phases.
• For each test phase, organize and monitor each test activity, involving internal teams (IT and business) and external service providers.
• Ensure the proper execution of test activities, from preparation to reporting, involving different applications and types of test.
• On a daily basis, monitor and process actions related to testing and escalate risks, blockages and related impacts.
• At the end of the project, ensure the proper transfer of test documentation to the company’s maintenance teams.
• Depending on the context of the project, the Test Manager may be required to take charge of certain additional activities such as, for example, support for carrying out tests, tracking bugs, verifying the prerequisites necessary for executing tests (environments, access, data sets, etc.), the quality and / or availability of specification documents, organizing ad hoc meetings, etc.
