Introduction

For one of our clients, a fast-expanding private equity fund, we are currently seeking to appoint one or more Investment Professionals. This role will be an integral part of the investment team and work closely with all levels of the organisation on the origination and execution of investment opportunities as well as on portfolio management activities.

The role of Investment Professional

The Investment Professional will, amongst others, be involved in the following activities :

Participate to the origination and screening of new investment opportunities globally;
Build financial models for new and current investments and coordinate due diligence efforts;
Prepare documents and presentations to support investment recommendations for the Investment Committee and Board of Directors;
Follow portfolio companies to support their development.

Experience and skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials :

0 to 6 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A advisory (IB, TS, Corporate Finance,..) or strategy advisory. Other experiences can be considered depending on relevance of transferable skills;

Master’s degree from a leading university in business, engineering or other relevant fields;

Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English; additional European languages are considered a plus;

Integrity and discretion, strong leadership skills;

Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly analyze, model and process a lot of information, attention to details.
