About You :

You have 4-7 years of experience in roles focused on business development, project management, or similar fields.

You speak English fluently; Dutch or French is a plus

You possess strong organizational skills and are adept at streamlining activities to enhance efficiency.

You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, making you effective in building and maintaining relationships.

You are comfortable representing the company at business events and other networking opportunities.

You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys supporting management teams.

You have strong research skills and are capable of using databases and news sources to identify potential leads.

You are detail-oriented and consistently follow up on tasks to ensure completion.

You exhibit a positive and outgoing demeanour, inspiring others through your example.

You are flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Your Impact :

You will streamline the go-to-market efforts of our Global Tax and Transfer Pricing team, ensuring strategies are efficiently executed to facilitate market entry and expansion.

Your proactive client acquisition efforts will contribute to our Global Tax and Transfer Pricing team’s growth by reaching and securing new clients.

By attending events and podcasts, you will gather actionable insights that can enhance the company's business development strategies.

You will coordinate meetings with potential clients and ensure follow-up actions are effectively carried out.

Your research skills will help the company identify promising business development leads and targets.

Through collaboration with the management team, you will help organize tasks and drive business development efforts forward.

You will identify specific actions required from team members to support business development, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Your support will strengthen the company's connections with clients, fostering long-term relationships.

By offering proactive support beyond task follow-up, you will contribute to the overall success of the business development initiatives.

Your role modelling will encourage senior staff to adopt an outgoing and proactive approach in their work.
