The job Your main role is to act as a link between the business and IT teams, to ensure that needs are properly understood and translated into appropriate technological solutions. Your missions Business & Functional Analysis : Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT teams. Work on process optimization and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.Collaboration & Communication : Act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring seamless communication. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) and training sessions.Business Process Modeling and Analysis : MAP existing processes and propose improvements (BPMN, UML). Analyze the impact of new solutions on organization and internal processes. Profil3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or IT Consultant.You speak French and english, Dutch is a plusYou have the ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment.
