Shape the Future : Drive Our Sales and Conquer New Markets!
Join us to revolutionize our local sales organization and elevate revenue to new heights. We’re seeking a visionary leader to craft a powerful sales strategy, build an elite sales team, and break into new markets. You'll negotiate complex deals and drive the customer acquisition process from lead to close.
- Initiate, create and execute the new business sales strategy and annual plans aimed at prospective and newly acquired accounts, within the boundaries set by the local Sales & Marketing plan and Interxion’s overall business, segment and commercial strategies.
- Proactively create and build relationships with decision makers up to C-suite level at prospective and newly acquired customers, directly or through leads generated by local Marketing, Business Development or partner channels
- Actively use LinkedIn / structured social media campaigns and prepare for and attend appropriate local industry events to gain appointments, build relationships and increase awareness of Interxion’s value proposition
- Identify, qualify, pursue (design and propose), negotiate and profitably close net new business, in close collaboration with local Management and Operations team, as well as Marketing & Strategy and Legal
- Conduct commercial and customer contract negotiations within own delegated authority and predefined ranges / guidelines
- Direct, oversee and support immediate post-sale activity to ensure continuity and satisfactory customer onboarding
- Sustainably staff, engage and grow the sales team, optimizing team deployment and account allocation
- Analyze and drive process improvement / efficiencies for increased ROI
- Oversee and manage the effective execution of sales and sales support roles and responsibilities, as defined by the company, optimizing both individual and aggregate team performance against targets and other team objectives
- Drive compliance with Sales processes and policies and Sales standards of performance
What you’ll need
Educated to Bachelor / Master levelFluent in EnglishMinimum of 7 years of experience in a consultative selling area, preferable in IT Services / data centre / telco / network environmentStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teamsStrength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Strong leadership and team building skillsAbility to self-start, self-motivate, self-sustain, self-improve, and work independentlyExcellent solution / consultative selling skills, proven ability to articulate clear value propositionsExcellent negotiation skills, high contract closing ability
