  • Key Responsibilities :

Close sales in line with the business development strategy and achieve sales targets

  • Define and implement go-to-market plans
  • Build and maintain a strong network to track trends and developments
  • Organize sales actions and represent our client at industry events
  • Lead tender proposals to create compelling value propositions
  • Engage with C-level executives to secure partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with European Business Development teams
  • Skilled in prospecting and networking to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Independent and capable of executing a defined go-to-market plan
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to connect with senior industry leaders and influencers
  • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Health (and Personal) -Care sector
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., French) is a plus
  • Open to frequent European travel (20-25%)
