We’re located in the city center of the dynamic and vibrant Ghent, Belgium.

Tasks

Software Architecture

Lead the design and evolution of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architecture. Partner with engineers across the organization to ensure architectural decisions align with business and technical goals.

Mentorship & Technical Leadership

Foster a culture of growth by mentoring engineers across levels. Encourage collaborative learning, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing to elevate the team’s technical proficiency and cohesion.

Platform Development

Drive the development of the next generation of AI-native platform features. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and AI teams to deliver innovative solutions that are performant and user-centric.
