Mission
As Demand & Supply Planner , you will have overall ownership of stock management for the Stanley / Stella warehouse in France.
Your main responsibilities will include demand forecasting and purchasing for all products in the warehouse, balancing commercial, financial, and production requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales forecasting at product level in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams as well as large customers.
- Deciding on order quantities from Asian suppliers (monthly) and working with the Asian sourcing office to ensure purchase orders are tracked from placement through to receipt in the UK warehouse.
- Executing transfers from the central EU warehouse to cover shortages.
- Guiding suppliers on which raw materials to have in stock and in what quantities.
- Regular follow-up with suppliers (via the sourcing office) on urgent productions and delayed products.
- Coordinating the inbound logistics flow to the warehouse.
- Managing the monthly S&OP process for the France warehouse and capturing actions from the meeting.
