Your tasks
- As Expertise Lead, you personally represent our most valuable resources : competence, motivation and the courage to develop further. You will lead the continuous optimization and strategic development of test management and test automation in the COO.
- You not only ensure that everything runs like clockwork in day-to-day business, but also steer the technical results in the right direction, e.g. by training and supporting your team members.
- Increased efficiency, top quality and always up-to-date methodological knowledge are your guiding principles when you accompany test automation strategies from development to implementation and ensure the quality and consistency of test activities with state-of-the-art automation tools.
- Together with interdisciplinary teams, you track down test requirements, integrate automation solutions and even if critical issues arise, you act calmly and bring the right people to the table.
