Categorizing all incidents, requests, problems and changes
Prioritizing all incidents, requests, problems and changes
Perform the troubleshooting, answering user queries, search the root cause of problems and implement changes
Escalate the tickets to the correct high level of service support if needed
Resolve Incidents, Requests, Problems and execute changes
Contribute to maximizing first-line on the spot fixes (coaching, maintaining KB, recording findings from the resolution of incidents for future use, etc.)
Ensure the availability of the service and systems by doing the End to End monitoring
Control service and systems capacities
Assurance that the required security level is maintained
Participate in the continuous deployments of the new releases in both Acceptance and Production environments
Contribute in improving the service and its infrastructure
Participate in some project activities, like writing administrative, Installation, user … guides
Participate in creating a step by step Standard Operational Procedures
Perform automation scripting
Investigate new technologies to optimize the work of the support team
Working Conditions :
Work 8 hours covering the time range between 08h00 and 19h00 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed.
Office located in Brussels
Knowledge and skills :
Extensive experience in agile projects in relation with the following development, continuous integration and quality tools : GIT, Maven, Eclipse, JIRA, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible, Confluence
Effective work experience with Typescript, Angular 6+, XML and JSON manipulation, Web Component, Service workers, HTML5 set ups, Node JS, NPM,
Multiple years' work experience with JEE technology platform and specifically in the following standards and at least one of the related implementations : JAX-WS, JAXRS, JMS, AOP, EJB, JSR303, JPA2, Servlet 2.3 ->
Good knowledge of Relational DBMS (Oracle) and Full-Text search engines (Solr and / or ElasticSearch).
Knowledge and experience on search engines
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and higher versions
Knowledge and experience in the interoperability domain based on Web Services (REST, SOAP) -Knowledge and experience of workflows system architecture
Capability of rapid self-starting, learning and of integration in an international / multi-cultural environment
