As a Business Controller, your mission is to process and manage our customer project financial information to ensure correct and timely invoicing and excellent reporting . You lead the project control process with the internal project management team to execute project deliverables. You participate in internal excellence projects to further optimize our way of working.
You are responsible for :
- Collecting and completing all relevant financial information at the start of a project.
- Making financial planning and schedules for software projects based on offers, contract conditions, orders, and project plans.
- Registering and managing information in the ERP system .
- Following up on the correct and timely invoicing of projects.
- Analyzing and reporting onthe financial and budgetary performance of projects.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure budgets are kept.
- Analyzing monthly budgeted versus the actual realizations .
- Monitoring and adjusting sales forecast with business stakeholders.
- Analyzing, documenting and improving internal business processes .
- Participating in and / or managing internal projects.
