Job Description
- Infrastructure Management : Ensure operational stability and availability of
systems, including monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
Incident Resolution : Address escalated issues from the Service Desk and resolveincidents triggered by monitoring systems.
System Maintenance : Perform installations, updates, testing, planning, andconfiguration of infrastructure components.
Global Support : Provide flexible support across different time zones based onproject requirements.
Collaboration : Work with local IT teams for technical scoping related to data centerimplementations.
Vendor Liaison : Engage with vendors and IT personnel for issue resolution.Requirements
Experience : Minimum 8–10 years managing large Windows server-based platforms.Windows Expertise : Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, MicrosoftActive Directory, ADFS, Exchange, IIS, and SCCM.
Virtualization : Strong understanding of VMware Virtual Infrastructure Management.Networking : Proficient in network switching concepts, including TCP / IP, subnetcalculations, VLANs, and firewalls.
Scripting : Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructuremanagement.
Cloud Knowledge : Familiarity with Office365 and Azure.Data Center Operations : Experience with the installation of active devices in datacenters.
Additional Considerations :
Linux knowledge is a plus.Prior experience with international organizations is advantageous.
