Job Description

  • Infrastructure Management : Ensure operational stability and availability of

systems, including monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.

  • Incident Resolution : Address escalated issues from the Service Desk and resolve
  • incidents triggered by monitoring systems.

  • System Maintenance : Perform installations, updates, testing, planning, and
  • configuration of infrastructure components.

  • Global Support : Provide flexible support across different time zones based on
  • project requirements.

  • Collaboration : Work with local IT teams for technical scoping related to data center
  • implementations.

  • Vendor Liaison : Engage with vendors and IT personnel for issue resolution.
  • Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 8–10 years managing large Windows server-based platforms.
  • Windows Expertise : Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft
  • Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, IIS, and SCCM.

  • Virtualization : Strong understanding of VMware Virtual Infrastructure Management.
  • Networking : Proficient in network switching concepts, including TCP / IP, subnet
  • calculations, VLANs, and firewalls.

  • Scripting : Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure
  • management.

  • Cloud Knowledge : Familiarity with Office365 and Azure.
  • Data Center Operations : Experience with the installation of active devices in data
  • centers.

    Additional Considerations :

  • Linux knowledge is a plus.
  • Prior experience with international organizations is advantageous.
