As the International Supply Chain Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the future supply chain processes (planning and logistics) for new product introductions, acquisitions, and key initiatives. Reporting to Supply Chain Leadership, you will collaborate across international teams, business units, and integration teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and seamless business process and system integrations.
This position is critical to ensuring the successful integration of supply chain strategies and driving continuous improvement across our global operations.
What To Expect
Lead Integrations and Projects :
- Drive the integration of new acquisitions, New Product Introductions (NPI), and "Go Direct" projects into the International Supply Chain.
- Lead planning and logistics activities for divestiture projects.
- Manage and deliver significant supply chain initiatives as required.
Evaluate and Define Supply Chain Processes :
Assess and refine supply chain processes, organizational structures, and systems for acquired companies.Define future-state supply flows for new product distribution.Align supply chain leadership and stakeholders to integration strategies.Document future-state processes, roles, and responsibilities for seamless integration.Execute Supply Chain Integrations :
Oversee the execution of integration milestones and timelines through commercial launch and hypercare phases.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.Ensure proper financial planning for integrations, including inventory and operational expenses (OPEX).Oversee Supply Chain Systems Integration :
Partner with IT, master data, logistics, and planning teams to ensure optimal setup in supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle, ASCP, Rapid Response).Coordinate system integrations and establish warehouse interfaces as needed.Facilitate user training for new systems and processes.Manage NPI Project Portfolio :
Oversee the International Supply Chain NPI project portfolio to ensure product launches are delivered on time, within scope, and as planned.Build Relationships and Drive Continuous Improvement :
Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including divisional operations, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams.Collaborate with Global Process Owners in planning, transportation, warehousing, and item configuration.Continuously enhance the supply chain integration and NPI framework for greater efficiency and effectiveness.What We Expect
Education :
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or a related field (preferred).A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, logistics, and project leadership.2-3 years proven experience in a project management position, driving resultsProven ability to lead and collaborate within matrixed organizations.Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food supply chains.Expertise in change management, particularly in navigating organizational challenges during acquisitions and integrations.Strong understanding of ERP, PLM, and APS systems (Oracle experience preferred).Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using BI tools such as QlikView.Why Hologic?
