Job Description

Are you a student in the construction industry and looking for an internship in Belgium? Cool! BESIX is looking throughout the year for interns motivated and passionate about large and complex projects.

During your on-site internship, you will have the opportunity to assist a Work Planner or Site Manager in his / her daily missions to learn your future profession in a family and friendly environment!

Your missions :

Participate in defining and developing schedules and work execution methods;
Organize and coordinate the daily execution of works and manage workers;
Follow up with subcontractors (planning, progress statuses, financial follow-up) and suppliers (orders and deliveries of materials, logistics, financial follow-up);
Proactively participate in site meetings;
Keep records of the construction project;
Ensure the quality of work execution and safety on site.

Qualifications

Wat als jij het volgende talent van BESIX was?

You are pursuing a bachelor / master degree - civil / industrial construction engineer, architect engineer, electromechanical engineer;

You wish to do an internship on one of our sites in Belgium (buildings, civil works, maritime works);

Your internship period should last at least 4 full weeks (preferably from 6 full weeks). Please mention your internship period with your application ;

You speak Dutch / French and you have good knowledge of English;

You are analytical, autonomous and driven;

You are communicative, you like to take initiative and you are a real team player;

You are flexible and proactive towards possible problems and challenges.
