Mission

In line with Stanley / Stella’s global Market and Customer Development Strategy, develop and implement a strategic partner acquisition and sales growth plan for the PRINT-ON-DEMAND business unit, establishing the brand as a leading provider in this Sales Channel.

Lead a dynamic team of Key Account Manager(s), Inside Sales and Customer Care.

To perform well in this position, you need to be a business strategist, unafraid to get things done, and someone the team can rely on.

Main responsibilities

  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the PRINT-ON-DEMAND Business Model, Customer Market segments and Channel Value Proposition.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the Brand’s Strategy and Business Development in PRINT-ON-DEMAND. In this role, you will ensure leadership and cross-functional company efforts to manage the overall account acquisition and relationship strategy and deliver upon growth and other business objectives.
  • Build global market intelligence to understand the competitive environment, anticipate market needs and trends to feed relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Monthly reporting with comments clearly explaining positive and negative deviations in the business and the underlying drivers for sales and profitability development.
  • Submitting running bi-annual sales forecasts supported by development plans identifying initiatives to develop the business forward.
  • Development and annual reviewing of the Commercial Policy.
  • Strategize with the Marketing Department to provide input on the development of focused Marketing Materials, for brand image and awareness building towards the Print-on-Demand Sales Channel and relevant target audiences to support new customer acquisition.
  • Responsible for the structure, management and motivation of the Business Unit Team including recruitment, setting of individual objectives, planning and management of bonus schemes, training and development.

Your profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities and in a related business (New Business and International Market Development, Sales & Marketing Management).
  • Experience with Market Place Business Models and e-commerce driven business environments.
  • Experience with apparel preferred (Imprint Market).
  • You have a strong awareness of the challenges of sustainable development.
  • BS / BA degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Willing and able to travel.
  • Initiative-taking and target driven with a proven track record in International Business Development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project Management, prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
