We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead Deblock's market entry and growth in Belgium and the Netherlands . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and / or marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in public relations, influencer partnerships, and localization.
What we are looking for
- Fluent in French , Dutch and English
- 2-5 years experience i n ops or marketing roles, preferably within fintech or technology sectors
- In-depth understanding of the Belgium and the Netherlands markets
- Ability to interpret market data and analytics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach
