Description

  • You will provide information on client portfolios, assist with online services, process transfer orders and client correspondence;
  • You liaise with internal service providers, enter orders into the system and track corporate actions and cash management;
  • You manage customer accounts, monitor breaches and act as a contact for KYC documentation issues;
  • You ensure correct filing, inform Private Bankers of documentation issues and take care of mail for clients;
  • You assist in implementing controls, guidelines and processes, and help prepare presentations and reports;
  • You provide support to legal, compliance and risk management teams, and assist clients in meeting regulatory obligations;

You will participate in meetings and conference calls within the Private Banking team.

Profile

  • Has at least an 'A' Level degree and relevant work experience;
  • Preferably possesses a bachelor's degree;
  • Has gained experience in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Masters both Dutch and French language; knowledge of English is a plus;
  • Is familiar with direct interaction with customers and shows professionalism at all times;
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and can prioritize work effectively;
  • Communicates excellently, both orally and in writing;
  • Has the self-confidence to develop solid professional relationships with other departments within the organization;
  • Works accurately and has an eye for detail;
  • Is customer-oriented and focused on achieving excellent service;
  • Can function well under pressure and remains calm in stressful situations.
