Education : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within Financial Services (Banking & Insurance). Sales Proficiency : Proven track record in sales prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure, focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets. Communication Skills : Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication (French, Dutch, English), skilled in presenting and explaining solution concepts to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth within the organization.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop Business Strategies : Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Proposal Development : Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and requirements.
- Deal Negotiation and Closure : Lead negotiations and close business deals to meet revenue targets and organizational objectives.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Representational Duties : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting : Ensure accurate communication of sales performance, produce reports, and provide regular updates on sales activities.
