Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the IT architecture team (product owners, architects).
• Oversee the architectural development method (ADM) and ensure timely delivery.
• Foster team collaboration and transparent decision-making.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve goals and improve performance.
• Responsible for future department expansions and team growth. Experience in hiring and managing both internal and external team members is nice to have.
