Job Description

• Generate new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and reported.
• Participate in regular sales training and development programs.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales department through active participation in team meetings and events.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Sales applicant should have :

• A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• A customer-focused approach and a passion for sales.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools.
• Good language skills : Dutch & French, Dutch & English, French & English.
