Are you a sales leader with a passion for growth and customer success? We're looking for a Growth Sales Manager to lead and inspire a Belgium-based team. This role focuses on managing and expanding customers representing Annual Recurring Revenue.

As Growth lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through product upgrades & volume expansions. Simultaneously, you aim to reduce churn. Your leadership and approach will elevate the team to the next level in their performance, careers, and customer impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Managers.
  • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Identify skill gaps, provide tailored training, and coach your team to achieve their goals.
  • Account Management
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers, prioritizing customer retention and growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to proactively identify and reduce churn risks while increasing up-sell opportunities by collaborating closely with the Digital Customer Success team to leverage (product) data insights.
  • Drive customer adoption and recurring value realization to drive plan upgrades & volume expansions within accounts to achieve strong NRR growth.
  • Data-Driven Programmatic Approach
  • Establish a systematic, data-first approach to portfolio management.
  • Continuously monitor team and customer KPIs to optimize performance & outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to further automate customer journeys, improve efficiencies, and scale impact.
  • Process Improvement

What we’re looking for

  • Experience : Experience in sales, account management, or customer success within a SaaS or software company.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated success in leading, training, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Data-Driven Mindset : Strong analytical skills and ability to work programmatically, with a focus on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Customer Focus : Proven track record of driving customer retention (GRR) and expansion (NRR).
  • Collaboration : Excellent communication skills with a talent for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit : Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving growth.
  • Language Skills : Fluent in English. French and / or Dutch are a plus.
